Founding Partner
Carrie Peng is the founder of The Law Office of Attorney Peng, focusing on cross-border legal services for enterprises. She provides comprehensive US immigration and legal services to multinational corporations, innovative companies, executives, and investors. Attorney Peng graduated from Tsinghua University and Fordham University School of Law (with honors). She previously served as a law clerk at Shenzhen People's Intermediate Court in China, and gained extensive US immigration law experience at Zhang & Associates, P.C. With over 10,000 cases handled and a 100% H-1B certification rate on USCIS public records, Attorney Peng specializes in handling difficult and complex cases, conducting deep research into USCIS-denied applications and reviving them through strategic appeals. She also serves as Of Counsel at Blumsack & Canzano, P.C., extending the firm's reach to the Boston and New England area.
