Collaborating Attorney — Review · Practice · Practice Leader
ContractRemote · U.S. bar admission required
Not the highest degree, not the longest in practice — attorneys who use AI well, review sharply, and work with a team.
What You Will Do
- Legal strategy and analysis
- Attorney review
- Risk assessment
- Client legal consultation
- Calls and video meetings where the matter needs them
- Final legal opinions
- Reviewing and signing legal documents where the applicable rules permit

- AI Native — fluent with mainstream AI tools for legal research and drafting, and able to turn that into real speed
- Excellent Reviewer — spots the risk and fixes the legal logic; we are not asking anyone to write forty pages from a blank page

What You Will Do
- Assist attorneys with immigration case documentation
- Translate and proofread Chinese / English legal documents
- Organize and file case materials
- Participate in client communication and intake
- Support legal research and information gathering
What We Look For
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from Law, International Relations or a related program
- Fluent in Chinese and English, spoken and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient with office software (Word, Excel, PDF tools)
- Prior legal internship experience preferred
