任职要求
Requirements
- -1-3年移民法相关工作经验1-3 years of immigration law experience
- -持有效美国律师执照（Bar Admission）Active U.S. Bar Admission required
- -熟悉移民法相关法规及USCIS流程Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and USCIS procedures
- -优秀的英文书面和口头表达能力Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- -中英双语优先Bilingual (Chinese/English) preferred
- -高度责任心，对客户案件认真负责Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- -良好的团队协作能力Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- -抗压能力强，能适应高强度工作节奏Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
工作职责
Responsibilities
- -独立处理各类移民案件（H-1B, L-1, EB-1, EB-5, NIW等）Handle various immigration cases independently (H-1B, L-1, EB-1, EB-5, NIW, etc.)
- -为客户提供专业移民法律咨询Provide professional immigration legal consultations to clients
- -进行法律研究与案例分析Conduct legal research and case analysis
- -准备和审核移民申请材料及法律文件Prepare and review immigration petitions and legal documents
- -与USCIS及相关政府机构沟通Communicate with USCIS and relevant government agencies

任职要求
Requirements
- -法律、国际关系或相关专业在读或应届毕业生Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Law, International Relations, or related programs
- -中英文双语流利（口语及书面）Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- -细致认真，具有良好的组织能力Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- -熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel, PDF工具等）Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PDF tools, etc.)
- -有法律实习经验者优先Prior legal internship experience preferred
- -有责任心，团队协作能力强Responsible with strong teamwork skills
工作职责
Responsibilities
- -协助律师处理移民案件相关文件Assist attorneys with immigration case documentation
- -翻译和校对中英文法律文件Translate and proofread legal documents (Chinese/English)
- -进行案件资料整理与归档Organize and file case materials
- -参与客户沟通与咨询接待Participate in client communication and intake
- -协助法律研究与信息收集Support legal research and information gathering
