About

Carrie Peng is the founder of The Law Office of Attorney Peng, focusing on cross-border legal services for enterprises. She provides comprehensive US immigration and legal services to multinational corporations, innovative companies, executives, and investors. Attorney Peng graduated from Tsinghua University and Fordham University School of Law (with honors). She previously served as a law clerk at Shenzhen People's Intermediate Court in China, and gained extensive US immigration law experience at Zhang & Associates, P.C. With over 10,000 cases handled and a 99% H-1B certification rate on USCIS public records.

Attorney Peng specializes in complex and difficult immigration cases. USCIS adjudications involve many subjective judgment factors — she has built an extensive portfolio of past applications and conducted deep research into cases rejected by USCIS, enabling accurate assessment of each applicant's strengths and reviving denied applications through strategic appeals and motions to reopen.

Her enterprise practice serves publicly listed companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and high-growth startups across technology, healthcare, finance, and education sectors. She provides end-to-end workforce immigration solutions including bulk H-1B management, L-1 intracompany transfer programs, and EB-1C multinational executive green card pathways. Her employer compliance expertise covers I-9 audits, LCA wage compliance, and DOL/ICE inspection preparedness.

Attorney Peng is deeply committed to the Chinese-American professional community. She serves as an active member of AILA and NACSHR (North American Chinese Society for Human Resources), regularly speaking at industry conferences on immigration compliance topics. She has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for five consecutive years, 2022 through 2026 — an honor Thomson Reuters awards to only the top 2.5% of attorneys nationwide.
