Christine Wu has worked in cross-border immigration and international education for a number of years. She knows the Canadian and Australian skilled- and family-migration routes, and has managed cases under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme — eligibility assessment, document review, preparing the filing and carrying it through. Alongside that she has handled undergraduate and graduate study applications to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and has interpreted and hosted for government delegations and international exchange events.
At The Peng Law she works on Adjustment of Status. She builds the record, prepares and checks the forms, speaks with the client and keeps the case moving — across employment-based, EB-5 and family-based I-485 filings — and handles the I-765 and I-131 applications and any requests for evidence that follow.
She holds an MSSc in Government and Politics (Greater China) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and works in Chinese and English.
