赵斌拥有10年移民文案从业经验，曾在温州市中级人民法院担任书记员2年半，积累了扎实的法律实务基础。他先后在多家知名移民机构担任资深文案及文案主管，熟悉美国、加拿大、爱尔兰、葡萄牙、希腊等10余个国家的移民申请流程，近6年专注于美国职业移民和投资移民文案工作。赵斌持有山东大学法学与工商管理双学士学位，擅长从材料收集、方案定制到全套申请材料制作的全流程把控，与律师紧密协作确保每份申请材料严格符合移民局要求，工作严谨细致，深受客户和律师团队信赖。

Colin Zhao brings over 10 years of immigration case preparation experience to The Peng Law. He previously served as a court clerk at the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court for 2.5 years, building a solid foundation in legal practice. Colin has held senior case specialist and supervisory roles at several prominent immigration firms, with expertise spanning immigration programs across the US, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, and more than 10 other countries. Over the past 6 years, he has focused exclusively on US employment-based and investment immigration cases. Holding dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Shandong University, Colin excels at end-to-end case management — from document collection and strategy customization to preparing complete application packages — working closely with attorneys to ensure every filing meets USCIS standards with meticulous precision.
