He previously served as a court clerk at the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court for 2.5 years, building a solid foundation in legal practice. Colin has held senior case specialist and supervisory roles at several prominent immigration firms, with expertise spanning immigration programs across the US, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, and more than 10 other countries. Over the past 6 years, he has focused exclusively on US employment-based and investment immigration cases. Holding dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Shandong University, Colin excels at end-to-end case management — from document collection and strategy customization to preparing complete application packages — working closely with attorneys to ensure every filing meets USCIS standards with meticulous precision.
