Xin Zhou practises US immigration law. She has worked on US immigration matters since 2018 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2022.
She received her LL.B. from the South China University of Technology in 2011, qualifying for the Chinese legal profession the same year, and her LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law in New York in 2019.
At The Peng Law, Xin handles PERM labor certification for EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based cases, alongside nonimmigrant visa petitions, employment- and family-based green card applications, and naturalization. She works through a case carefully and patiently, and puts particular weight on making sure a client understands each step as it happens.
